    Mô tả công việc

    1. Specialize in the sales of chemical products or industrial products, and complete the sales target and new customer development target set by the company;
    2. Develops contact list and prospects to find new business and customers while utilizing multiple sources to develop prospect list.
    3. Develop and implement customer visit plans and listen to their wishes and concerns, approach - follow - negotiate - offer quotation - close deal - payment: Full process for hunting and winning opportunities to supply the company products, and assist managers in formulating sales strategies;
    4. Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers, do a good job in technical support and after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction;
    5. Hard working, continuously develop new customers through phone calls, business trips, etc., and increase sales revenue;
    6. According to market development and customer demands, sales forecast and make timely adjustments according to market conditions
    7. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing high-quality services, and conducting continuous development;
    8. Develop new customers, develop new markets, and expand product sales
    9. Process the order and follow up the delivery of the order, and collect the funds of the accounts receivable in time;
    10. Market research and analysis, report the market research report and suggest ideas for future market development;
    11. Sales Planning and summary Monthly/ Weekly basis report to Team Leader or Manager;
    12. Actively participate in various meetings and trainings, handle internal coordination and teamwork with relevant departments

    Yêu cầu công việc

    1. Having experience in Chemical Sales (B2B)
    2. Bachelor's degree or above (Major in Chemistry is preferable)
    3. Good at Chinese or English (Chinese is preferred)
    4. Have work experience in foreign companies
    5. At least 3 years of experience in sales
    6. Having key customer management skills
    7. Having market development experience
    8. Having good negotiation skills
    9. Hardworking, positive attitude, honest
    10. Having time management skills and teamwork spirit
