Mô tả công việc

Reports to the CRM Manager for Membership Campaigns and CRM.
Sets up & maintain promotions/events and benefits related to Crescent Mall C Rewards Premium Loyalty Program in the CRM sytem
Conducts research and analyze data in CRM system.
Assists in working with tenants on partnerships related to C Rewards
Ensures e-vouchers are processed and operated smoothly and on a timely manner.
Prepares reports and other related presentation regarding Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
Assist in development, management and operation of C Club
Be an active pursuant of the latest thinking in CRM and propose enhancements to deliver on KPIs.
Prepares the contents for Crescent Mall mobile application.
Actively partakes in acquisition of new member sign-ups.
In-charge of formulating, managing and posting contents regarding C Rewards in all of Crescent Mall’s digital platforms.
In-charge of all traditional and digital marketing related to promoting and advertising Crescent Mall’s C Rewards program.
Help in ensuring constant increase in Crescent Mall’s follower base and digital engagement percentages.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Graduate of business/ marketing/ technology
At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Mobile app, Sale Admin or related fields
Experience in dealing contract in both English and Vietnamese or managing contract are plus.
Proficiency on software programmes including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency on Property Management Software Systems.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written is essential.
Positive outlook, team-player, problem-solver, willing to be trained and learn further.
