    You will be a part of HappyPoints, a subsidiary specializing in offering comprehensive E-commerce services to online business owners. Our services and applications serve hundreds of Shopify merchants around the globe. We are seeking passionate and result-driven individuals to join our Business Development team for Shopify services.

    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, aligning with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Besides, you will be trained to manage and grow these accounts, playing a vital role in driving sales growth and contributing to our company's success.

    Role & responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify potential clients based on our provided ICP.
    • Understand the needs of prospects and spark their interest in our products and services.
    • Build and maintain meaningful connections with prospects
    • Collaborate closely with team members to consult and close sales.
    • Manage and grow client accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
    • Regularly update sales metrics and report daily activities to the team.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Graduate in a degree program in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of the e-commerce industry is preferred.
    • Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Enthusiastic about achieving sales growth and contributing to the company's success.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
