1. Define brand building & seasonal promotion strategies and corresponding execution plans for Nguyen Kim
· Develop brand equity, brand identity, standardize visual identity across retail channels
· Build up base brand building & seasonal campaigns, together with clear, measurable KPIs across NK retail channels.
· Standardize customer services and tracking, monitoring methods for offline stores
· Lead NK brand partnership with local partners, financial service partners and suppliers to bring more benefit for NK customers and bring new customer to NK
· Build 1 customer data base across offline & online and corresponding CRM programs.
· Manage centralized marketing budget and define cascading choices of investment
2. Develop NK marketing capability- including internal NK team & agency network
· Recruit and coach NK MKT team (base brand, campaign, media, design, partnership, financial services, CRM) to grow capability.
· Recruit & qualify agencies to deliver NK brand needs (for example: creative agency, integrated marketing agencies, social engagement agency, media agencies, viral production agency)
3. Lead business analysis:
· Lead market surveys, market studies to support brand strategy development
· Lead business/campaign performance analysis to intervene issues and leverage opportunities
4. Lead media planning, especially digital media optimization:
· Develop NK media network (offline & online) to expose brand messages across retail channels
· Plan & deliver core digital media KPIs by channels (sessions, conversion rate, CIR%)
· Run regular digital media analysis to define opportunity areas and collaborate with Online Merchandising team/Ecommerce Director to drive page views, conversion rate for categories that matter.
· Knowledge on the market, retail industry in Vietnam and / or Asia region.
· Knowledge on Marketing for both technicals & practices (concepts, tools, trends, technologies,…). Previous experience on Electronics categories is a Plus.
· Rich experience in digital marketing/ecommerce platform
Education: At least University degree in Marketing or Business Management
Career background: Senior account manager or account director from creative agency/integrated marketing agency is PLUS (i.e: Leo Burnet, Isobar, Climax, etc)
Experience: At least 7 years in marketing management position. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience, a proven track record in developing and delivering success for base business/brand campaigns across online & offline channels
Attitude: good listener, positive thinking, result-oriented, proactive, entrepreneurial
Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Computers skills: Office applications
