Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for performing Sales training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
- To enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting sales training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values.
- Work with all Head of Depts. to design and develop training curriculum.
- Set up/ Revise Training & Development policies/procedures
- Build annual Sales training program and prepare teaching plans
- Design and develop sales traning programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Research and recommend new training methods
- Organise and/or deliver training courses
- Guarantee the effectiveness and the efficiency of proposed training programs and other training related field.
- Evaluation and re-evaluation after training.
- Report to the Head of Department on Training & Development activities
- Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager and BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree, priority for major related Finance-Banking or related field.
- At least 02 - 03 years working experiences in Sales trainingin Banking/ Finance industry.
- 1 yearexperiences at the same position
- “Can do” attitude;
- Communication with calm and attraction;
- Be able to work under high pressure;
- Be available for field visiting/ business trip.
- Well-structured communication
- English, Vietnamese: fluency
- Good at computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Power point, Project…)
- Strong in management
- Teamwork, individual work
- Able to communicate with all the ranges of employee
- Strong attention in details and creative-thinking skill
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Logical thinking and good analyzing skills;
- Well negotiating and training skill
- Using operation system software
