Treasury Accountant

• Daily cash management, ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Deal with banks for the best quoted exchange rate for oversea payments. Ensure to submit adequate supporting documents to bank as required
• Perform the cash, bank reconciliation for month-end/year-end closing and prepare reports related to Corporate Treasury
• Manage banking documents and reports both soft file and hardcopies. Ensure all kind of documents and reports are filed adequately
• Check documents in term of adequate approvals, bank account and vendor master file prior to processing payments
• Managing accounts Advance, Deposit, Accrual…. using ERP software and other programs
• Reconcile balance between company records and vendors' records via telephone & email
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
• Ensure no of duplicated vendor and perform de-active vendor/employee annually
• Assist month-end & year-end closing
• Other ad-hoc when required. Assist on accounting projects and initiatives with stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree
• Using basic English skill.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Having knowledge of accounting, auditing
• Have 03-04 years, preferably at international environment
