Mô tả công việc

Bank Account Management:

Manage bank accounts and associated tasks.
Maintain relationships and communicate with bank representatives and financial institutions.
Update bank account management information and approval procedures.
Handle cash deposits and funds.
Prepare loan documents, registrations, and reports for regulatory bodies.

Cash and Bank Balance Management:

Supervise safes at headquarters and branches.
Monitor daily cash and bank balances and exchange rates.
Forecast weekly and monthly cash flows for optimal balances and reserve adequacy.
Ensure enough cash reserves for planned payments.
Manage currency risk.

Payment Process:

Organize weekly bank transfers for centralized cash management.
Oversee payments to suppliers, employee reimbursements, and customer refunds.
Process monthly tax payments as per regulations.
Manage financial entries like loans, investments, and bank fees.
Reconcile accounts such as cash, bank, investments, and loans.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
3-5 years of experience in Treasury Accounting preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Willing to learn and work under pressure.
