Reporting & Tax Accountant

Role Overview:

‐ Responsible for Company Financial Reporting (including Balance sheet and Cashflow) and Tax compliance including Tax refund.

‐ In‐charge of CAPEX and Fixed Assets.

Main Task:

‐ Prepare monthly Financial Statement reporting (including Balance sheet and Cashflow) and other Statutory reports.

‐ Generate reports detailing accounts payable and accrual aging monthly, head up relating departments to submit VAT invoice for accrual balance over 1 month.

‐ Generate reports detailing accounts receivable aging monthly.

‐ In‐charge of CAPEX and capitalization process. Manage Fixed Assets (both value & physical).

‐ Prepare daily defect garment report, monthly polybag purchased.

‐ Prepare monthly Tax report and declaration, VAT refund.

‐ Support on Tax audit.

‐ Update new Tax regulation. Advise on Accounting and Tax matters.

‐ Perform task upon manager's requests.

‐ On time and meaningful reports submission.

‐ Compliance with VAS and regulations.

‐ Complete 3 times VAT refund/year with the expected amount.

‐ Ensure that all VAT invoices which are received and kept in track are complied with tax regulation.

‐ Review and Optimize Tax (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT).
