    Mô tả công việc

    Campaign management, planning & implementation:

    • Responsible for H&S Group marketing with VIP brand accounts

    • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns from annual strategy, tactic plan and reporting.

    • Conducting brand and product research and analysing data to identify and define audiences

    • Collaborate closely with media vendors, sales teams, and the wider H&S Group team to define requirements and drive implementation to achieve marketing deliverables.

    • Facilitating sales team in trade marketing plans, data analysis & KPI achievements

    • Managing and maintain close client relationships with VIP Brands

    • Business development & new clients acquirements

    • Train new team member, including channel network building internal and external.

    • Manage all aspect of marketing activities e.g. instore, online, social media and offline

    • Manage all aspect of event and campaigns activities locally and international

    • Strong analytical & communication skills.

    • Be able to handle clients on his/her own capability and lead a team to achieve team goals

    Events and exhibition:

    • Organising online & offline brand events and exhibitions

    • Managing online streaming and training events including marketing collaterals for VIP brands.

    Media Maintenance:

    • Overseeing marketing executives and facilitating in social campaign management.

    • Overseeing content generation and proofreading creative copy and multimedia content.

    • Manage the photo and video editing to ensure that they all meet brand guideline.

    • Coordinating internal/external marketing and organisation’s culture


    Yêu cầu công việc

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/Marketing

    • At least 2 years of experience with marketing within the FMCG industry

    • Deep understanding of local Marketing industry and policy

    • Ability to manage flexible work timings, manage client lead-time, and client expectation

    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful with proven ability to solve problems

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, presentation and leaders skills

    • Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Any additional language would be a plus++
