Kế Toán Tổng Hợp/ General Accounting (Salary from 30Mil)

1. Check and review all the bills in Kingdee (an ERP system include product storage, scrap, stock gain or loss, sales delivery, etc.) take Inventory and costing calculation via Kingdee and provide the inventory information to ACC by monthly, if there’s any abnormal, communicate with related people and solve it accordingly 2. Review and check Standard costing calculation (Based on the BOM in Kingdee), and communicate with PE department if find problems & prepare the sales report 3. Debtor report, monthly statement with customer and supplier 4. Monitor, maintain and update the standard cost structure, analysis std cost comparing with history data and Validate all the related cost change. Prepare the margin analysis report and sales report by customer 5. Take care the inventory check by quarterly, ensure the stocktaking result was correct 6. Check and review the payment application by weekly, ensure the support documents is proper and legal per internal control procedure. 8. Cash flow management, customer money collection and supplier payment arrangement, cash flow forecast for next 3 months 10. Debtor report, monthly statement with customer and supplier 11. Communicate with local tax bureau or government if necessary 12. Financial report preparation and submission. Include monthly & quarterly & yearly Frango report edit and fulfill. 13. Support the annual audit, include internal control and accounting audit 14. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager and team work with other departments 15. Take the responsibility of Chief accountant

Good English enough in both oral and written. Đọc hiểu báo cáo tài chính, chuyên ngành kế toán bằng tiếng anh. 6. Good communication Giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt. *
