Costing Accountant

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40-50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

• Control and analyze the variances between standard cost and actual cost
• Drill down the variance structure of raw material/burden/labor, and identify the root causes of such production variances effectively & efficiently
• Actively work together with the Operation team and provide a measurement tool to help them reduce cost and improve productivity.
• Analyze the sales and the gross margin and aid the sales team in pursuing high-potential gross margin clients.
• Assist the Finance Manager/ Chief Accountant in preparing the financial report analysis/budget, in maintaining effective communication with Group Finance, and helping Group Finance understand the business situation and control budget implementation in VAC.
• Prepare the analysis report required by Group Finance
• Help taking the inventory physical count at least once a year, follow up inventory control policies, and investigate the variance between counted and booked.

• University graduation with Finance/ Accounting/ or related major.
• Above 5 years of accounting work experience.
• Strong experience and knowledge with BOM, Costing,ERP system.
• Good at excel, word, PowerPoint.
• English basic level
• Good analytical experience, and detail oriented.
• Solid Accounting and costing expertise & understanding.
