1. Learn insights of customer's growth life-circle to adjust content and arrange the online and offline trainings to improve customers platform performance to get a good result;
2. Offering data preparation for 1v1 consultation for the first year customers and also dropout customers to deep into the painpoints of customers and improve the total renew rate in Vietnam.
3. Support to organize the offline Bootcamp training and offline events to improve the sellers performance and guarantee the first year customer training penetration rate.
4. Analysis the data to get insights from customers performance and industry opportunities in Vietnam.
5. Support Seller Ops Team's Offline Activities to cultivate mindset - skills set - tools set for Vietnamese enterprises on developing their global business through [protected info] & equips them with cross border exporting knowledge (especially Verified Suppliers)
6. Translate and consolidate learning/training materials. Present projects and skills needed for Vietnam market

1. Graduated from Ecommerce/Economics department, 4th year or fresh graduate;
2. Interested in the Ecommerce field and plan to be further;
3. Hard working, smart and be good at learning new things;
4. Quick learner and adapter, flexible in working but goal oriented; Highly eager to take challenges
5. Data sensitive and excel familiar.
6. Having good English business skill, Advance proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 and above) communication skill is preferable
7. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions oriented.
