Nhân Viên Kế Toán

- Receive payment documents and check their validity.
- Make receipt and payment vouchers for the company's payments to customers and internal payments, and verify with the treasurer.
- Input data into the books and accounting software.
- Proceed payment requests by transfers on internet banking.
- Issue VAT invoices.
- Make and print general reports, detailed reports of accounts, and account balance sheets in accordance with regulations.
- Keep track of advances/ refund container deposits.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant according to ability/expertise.

- Can start as soon as possible.
- No experience is required; PROS will train and guide new grads (It would be advantageous if you had prior experience).
- College or University Certificate major in accounting or finance.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Can read and write English email.
