Mô tả công việc
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Receive payment request from other deparment, verify supporting docs and make transaction on banking for approval compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/ or computers.
- Perform daily book keeping to record the transaction to accounting system.
- Reconcile OTA transaction from HMS to accounting system.
- Declare monthly and anualy tax (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT)
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity in hotel industry.
- Diploma in Accounting, hotel management.
- Work experience as a General Accountant preferably with experience in 4 stars or 5 stars hotels.
- Good at English in both written and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with INFOR HMS and FAST Accounting Online would be preferred.
- Solid knowledge regarding accounting standards, fully knowledge in tax laws.
