Inhouse Accountant

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled Financial and Contract Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing internal accounting and invoicing, communicating with clients globally, finalizing contracts, and overseeing internal financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. A strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and social insurance regulations is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with auditors (if any) during financial audits.

2. Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Handle tax inquiries and correspondence from tax authorities.

3. Contract and Financial Management:

• Manage and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with legal and project management teams to ensure contract terms are met and risks are managed.
• Provide financial recommendations based on contract analysis to support decision-making.

4. C&B Support:

• Assist in monthly payroll, benefits, and social insurance for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese social insurance laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees on social insurance-related inquiries.
• Manage company contracts according to the law.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax laws, accounting principles, and social insurance regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent English skills.
