    Mô tả công việc

    TASK 1: ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

    • Develop FP&A organization structure, job descriptions, process, budget to perform the company strategies/goals’ periodical review or whenever necessary;
    • Develop departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
    • Set targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
    • Build-up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
    • Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/ instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
    • Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
    • Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;
    • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
    • Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

    TASK 2: FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGEMENT

    • Understand business performance of the assigned BUs and impact in Company finance;
    • Clearly define the assigned BU’s objectives and link with financial plans;
    • Identify the BU-related operational drivers and KPIs and create visibility into the future;
    • Integrate KPI’s into the planning, forecasting and management and review process;

    • Implement automated dashboards after KPIs are validated;

    • Perform financial budgeting and operational metric tracking for the assigned BUs;

    • Analyze past results of the BUs, performance variance analysis, identify trends, explain for key drivers of these trends and make recommendations for improvements;

    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting;

    • Be a valued business partner with the BU leaders by: providing insightful and actionable business analysis; linking operations and financial performance; tightly managing performance against our strategic goals; helping identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings; identifying and recommend potential process improvement in order to speed up decision making; getting data (e.g. KPI and financial information, benchmarking, economy, market, competitor trends, etc.) to the people who need it in a timely and efficient way;

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Education : Bachelor degree or upper in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience working in pharmacy, retail or healthcare sectors is a plus.
    • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • 5 years’ experience in same/ similar position. Experience in Retail Company is preferred.
    • Strong at skill of:

    - Data analysis;

    - Presentations and data visualization;

    - Financial modeling & research model creation;

    - Information collection/preparation;

    - Deep knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles

    - Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills;

    - Hardworking, mental flexibility, initiative and determination.
