Perform CSR audit schemes.
Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on Namyang Vendor social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction.
Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance.
Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
Interact and provide collaboration within factory compliance and other departments at both to ensure the day-to-day audit execution going in a smooth manner.
Other audit-related works assigned by reporting officer.
Deliver quality report according to RS&S dep't.
Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
Interactions primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator and administrative. Maintain knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
Work with team members(co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.

Other assignments as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human resources or safety or environment or any related field.
Experience: 2 years of full-time practical work experience preferably in Better Work Program, 3rd party with Social Compliance, CSR.
Able to prioritize client requests, plan, and adjust to different client audit requirements.
Able to adapt communications to the situation.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Self-discipline, ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
Good at observing, analyzing, and reporting.
Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy.
