Accounting Manager / Chief Accountant

Responsible for all aspects of accounting & tax activities, supervise accounting staff for day-to-day operation ( month & year-end process, AR/AP, cash receipt, costing, billing, invoice, GL entries).
Responsible for tax declaration & payment (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT..) periodically in compliance with Vietnamese tax regulation.
Prepare monthly financial report & weekly cashflow.
Review commercial contract from the view of finance (payment term, currency).
Review royalty reports & payments.
Work with external auditor to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
Work with tax, bank & other biz team to ensure smoothly daily operation.
Prepare report to local authorities: Offshore loan report to Statebank, Statistic report.
Support to build accounting and finance process & policy to ensure the efficiency & compliace with update regulation.
Develop accounting staff by coaching & training.
Other tasks as assigned by Finance Director and Headquarter Finance Group.

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Auditing. Master's degree & other certificate are highly recognized.
Experiences: At least 5 years' experience Accounting, 1- 2 years in position of General accountant or Chief accountant.
Experience dealing with tax authorities.
Good knowledge in using accounting software, presentation & reporting skills.
Can communicate efficently in English (written & spoken) is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiation.
Working hour: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM;
