Job Summary
- Take the ownership of online business across both internal and external ecommerce platforms and be a pivotal part of the company's digital transformation journey
- Lead mega campaigns of e-commerce platforms to implement strategic direction and deliver KPIs
Principal Accountabilities
1. Commercial budget
• Propose budget based on target & brand direction.
• Manage the ROI to optimize P&L
• Ensure not to over assigned budget.
• Decide & manage the outsourcing gift cost, vendor, production.
2. Commercial Performance
• Closely manage Ecom enablers on promotion set up, operation & manage the commercial plan as shared
• Closely collaborate with Ecom partner (Shopee, LZD, Tiki, TikTok) to catch up platform new tool trends and innovation.
• Analyze the sales performance and ROI to optimize P&L
• Manage traffic models on Ecom platform to deliver prompt action/ feedback in commercial and marketing activities.
• Observe the onsite & offsite traffic performance to give demand on media plan and performance.
• Discuss with Marketing to advise on the package & media investment in JBP and monthly basics.
• Manage the campaign plan (Ecom & Socom) to well prepare on supply and performance.
• Forecast and order product for Ecom/Socom channel.
• Initiate plan based on brand direction and sales target.
• Follow up closely on Brand's daily performance, review & revise plan when it comes to lower performance.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Manage the Ecom enabler, KOL partners for Socom campaign, logistics.
• Feedback and negotiate Ecom enabler including:
o Commercial plan
o Promotion room
o Brand assets
o Logistic & CS service
o Purchase Order
o JBP
• Feedback and follow up logistic team including:
o Inbound and outbound plan
o Product storage & condition
• Follow up Ecom platform for:
o New initiative
o Promotion submits.
o Engagement activities
• Contact, deal and follow up production of GWP with supply vendors
• Closely collab with internal MKT, platform KAM & Socom PIC to optimize and revise commercial plan.
• Monitor the online presence and evaluate competitors' activities regularly to secure brand competitive edge.
• Lead customer service agency to make sure all the issues are well handled in a timely and right manner.
• Work closely with ecommerce partners to monitor and push the brand performance.
• Work closely with supporting departments such as supply chain, warehouse, delivery for stock allocation on a timely manner and logistics efficiency.
4. Demand planning:
• Forecast yearly and monthly sales projection with detailed product plan per SKU
• Work closely with supply chain and demand planner to ensure sales forecast accuracy and product availability.
• Monitor the competitors' product portfolio to maintain brand's competitive advantage.
5. Metrics management:
• Build measurable objectives and systematic trackers for internal and high-level reporting.
• Track the performance and report the numbers on campaign and on a daily/monthly basis and take immediate decisions and actions when needed.
6. Paperwork and other tasks:
• System management & submission:
o Commercial Plan submits.
o Actual promotion spending
o GWP plan & spending

Qualification and Experience
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- 2-3 years' experience of strong understanding of e-commerce landscape with proven track record in driving sales growth in various industries such as Health & Beauty, Fashion, Electronics, FMCG
- Experience working with Ecom enablers & platforms (Onpoints, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada) is a plus
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with an eye for detail and ability to prioritize among heavy workloads.
- Resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset and driven by sales results.
- Fully understanding of ecommerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok
- Understand about Ecom Media & Tactics (Onsite, offsite, Media performance and sale drive's criteria)
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets.
- Good at numeracy and data-driven
