    Mô tả công việc

    ● Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our products or services.
    ● Serve as a point of contactfor customer inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses to their questions and concerns.
    ● Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive adoption of key features.
    ● Report history of weekly customer usage for leaders.
    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Support, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
    ● Help maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring all interactions and communications are properly logged.
    ● Support the Customer Success team in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    ● Bachelor's degree in the University of Foreign Language orthe University of Economics.
    ● Excellent communication in English is required.
    ● Excellent collaboration skills. Honest, hard-working, hard-to-learn, open mindset.
    ● Experience working for an E-commerce startup is preferred.
    ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, are required.
    ● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
    ● Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in building strong customer relationships.
