• Assess and manage the performance of airlines and logistics service providers to ensure high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of services and goods.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and logistics providers to negotiate competitive rates, service levels, and strategic agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations, including establishing rate agreements, service terms, and performance metrics.
• Manage RFQ bidding with air freight partners to secure the best rates and optimize space for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute air procurement strategies to drive revenue growth through enhanced air product solutions.
• Collaborate with innovation and operations teams to develop and implement effective air product solutions for clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and key airline/logistics service provider partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
• Oversee the integration of logistics contracts and establish customer pricing and purchasing rates to optimize service delivery.

• Male/Female,40-55 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Industrial Engineering, Technology, or Business Management knowledge is a plus).
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in the global logistics industry or the airline/air freight sector.
• In-depth knowledge of air spot rates and supply chain management.
• Must have experience in air sales, pricing, and procurement.
