Mô tả công việc

- Ensure the smooth operation and security of Internet Service Provider (ISP) and internal fiber network infrastructure.
- Provide support and maintenance for Servers, Network Switch, and user-end devices, including computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Oversee the functionality and troubleshooting of imaging & printing services
- Manage and support to unified communication platforms to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- Maintain and troubleshoot security surveillance systems & HR clocking devices.
- Support to the production systems
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to resolve IT-related issues promptly

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networking technologies
- Basic knowledge about server virtualization (VMWare ESX server 6 and higher with VMWare VSphere Management)
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7 / 10), Microsoft software packages (Office 2016) and SAP
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Good English skills
- Ability to work in an intercultural team
- Service oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desired
