Responsible for supporting chief accountant in charge of all the work of the accounting department, operating management, implementing and performing accounting work for foreign contractors, including the following but not limit.

【Job description】
- Perform open/close registration: contractor tax code, contractor bank account and necessary documents, process for new contractor projects and manage tax code, bank account for contractor projects Present.
- Manage and make reports on timekeeping, salary calculation, personal income tax, salary and bonus for employees in the company.
- Calculating, declaring house taxes and making payments.
- Checking contracts, quotes, make advance payment procedures and pay each time according to payment and settlement records of subcontractors.
- Coordination with construction site and related departments to collect and check documents related to costs of each contractor project.
- To Manage and monitor tax accountants in issuing invoices, collecting debts, making monthly accounting reports, making tax reports.
- Synthesize and make statistics of all papers and books of the accounting department to report to the Head of HR & Accounting Department, the branch manager.
- Propose ideas/opinions to improve the accounting process in line with the company's culture
- Accounting jobs in the accounting department and other tasks assigned by Manager

＜Must＞
- Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or related
- More than 5 years of experience in accounting in construction or real estate development (Projects)
- English: Intermediate level (to communicate with authorities)
- Experience in managing junior staff
- Having Chief Accountant Certificate
