Mô tả công việc:
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons establishments across the US.
Receive and respond to customer's feedback.
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
Assist other departments within the company as needed.
Working time: Night shift, 40h/week, from 21:00 to 6:00
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Degree: College.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 - 6.5 or equivalent).
- Understanding networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved Ips.

- Experienced in customer care or call center is an advantage
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Haveresponsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure
