As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing short-term, mid-term OTC marketing strategies for the product group in order to increase market share and achieve goals.
Description
* Develop, plan, and implement a short-term, mid-term OTC MKT strategy for the product group to increase market share and achieve goals and objectives that are aligned with the company's business goals and objectives, including annual revenue and profit ranges.
* Every quarter, plan and execute strategic, tactical, strong, and effective activities to increase the share of voice of products through various communications with both internal and external parties through numerous waves and streamlined actions. To establish, strengthen, and enhance brand equity as market leader.
* Create MKT POSM, brand communication tools, and items for internal and external parties.
* Set up, monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results in clear KPIs and ROI
* Involve, collaborate with field force team to implement the marketing strategy and marketing plan, project..
* Develop a strong partnership with external & internal partners to develop the best collaboration in management and interaction.
* Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
* Provide short-term, mid-term forecast on revenue, market situation, expenditures accordingly
* Involve to determine pricing of given group products
* Coach, develop as well as periodically evaluate and motivate each of the team members (PE/PS) in aligning with organization directions and business needs.
Profile
* Proven professional marketing experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry and OTC channel.
* Having a degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification, is preferred.
* Strong understanding of modern marketing and integrated marketing.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
* Self-motivated, familiar with cross-functional team collaboration and the regional reporting model.
