As they prepare for further expansion, they are in search of a highly qualified Chief Accountant & HR to spearhead their finance team and drive commercial activity across all markets.
Description
Accounting
* Prepare monthly reports for the regional head office and director.
* Review and manage AR/AP, and monitor financial status and cash flow daily.
* Reconcile accounting books, close books, and prepare monthly tax reports for the Government.
* Coordinate stock counts for fixed assets and inventory as scheduled, including assessing aging and storage loss, and promptly report any issues to the manager.
* Collaborate directly with audit and tax departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting requirements.
HR
* Oversee labor contracts, and facilitate their renewal as needed.
* Maintain and update insurance lists with the insurance service provider for all staff members.
* Manage payroll, incentives, and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Calculate, process, and report social security, health insurance, personal income tax, and unemployment insurance payments.
* Handle various HR and administrative duties as required.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
* Possession of a Chief Accountant Certificate or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency in English and/or Chinese communication.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
* Service-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, hard-working attitude, and positive outlook.
