+) Be a project member of new products launching (25%)- Participate in reviewing Product specifications, Product Terms and Conditions, System Gap list, Functional specification requirement, etc.- Prepare test case and perform UAT for new product.- Prepare training material then train team members about new product/new function in the system.+) Be a project member of system enhancements to meet business requirements (20%)- Prepare the business requirements for system enhancement for Product Day 2 or/and other enhancements for non-core systems. - Participate in reviewing Functional specification requirements.- Prepare test cases and perform UAT.- Prepare training materials and train team members+) Be a project member of other projects (20%) +) Proceed to change policy information as customer requests (10%)+) Work with IT to data fix production issues/enhance systems (20%)+) Other tasks assigned: (5%)

+) Education: Bachelor's degree+) Experience: At least 1 year in Finance (Life Insurance be preferred)+) Skills required:- Logical thinking- Communication & negotiation skill- Able to solve difficult issues- Able to work independency with highly effective as well as work in a team- Good at English (listening & speaking)
