• Responsible for general office matters, including office operation, building management, parking issue and solve the inccured problem by permission of Office Lead;
• Daily control the hygiene services, which include cleaning and waste management;
• Office supplies: Order and manage to ensure the cost-effective provision of office supplies and internal services such as stationery, water, medicine, transportation booking without any lack and waste;
• Administrative services assistance for employees at every level;
• Support Delivery team in paperwork including printing, scanning;
• Work with the government agencies to handle administrative work including notarization, translation, legalization, certified copy, etc.
• Storage and track all contracts of suppliers including information update, term tracking, liquidation or renew status tracking, etc;
• Coordinate in organizing company events;
• Handle MISA process to comply with accountant requirement in purchasing (will be trained);
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Have at least 01 year of experience in administrative services or related fields.
• Diligent, meticulous, proactive, careful, and have a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Degree in business administration or a relevant field is a plus.
• Familiar with office equipment including computers, scanners, printers, photocopy machine, etc.
• Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
