1. Oversee the constrcution work of contractor – Civil & M&E
2. Inspect the incoming construction materials
3. Identify the requirment for design changes and co-sign for justification
4. Review and monitor the Working documents of contractors
5. Monitor the constrcution schedule and co-sign for the payment of Work-In-Process completion by phase
6. Daily supervise report for management review
7. Other assignments by Supervisory manager
1. University graduated major in Civil engineering or Architech Engineering ( for Civil works ) / Mechanic engineering or electronic engineering or automation engineering ( for M&E )
2. 1 - 3 years Work experience in Contruction related field
3. Capable of using Auto-CAD / 3D Softwares
4. Integrity and honesty is the necessary character
5. Chinese or English communication ability is a plus
NOTE: the JD of this position is valid in the first year of contruction period and the employee may be transfered job function to FACILITY MANAGEMENT & EHS MANAGEMENT after the mass production
- Salary: from 15-18 mil
- Insurance as the law
