Employer Branding Intern

* Support to organize Mondelez Early Careers Programs - Taste The Future Internship, Management Trainee,..

* Key in charge of conceptualizing and execution of visual/ graphic materials for Recruitment and Employer Branding Team.

* Ideate and create content for communication activities in various channels.

* Support in partnering with Student clubs, Universities, Ambassadors, etc

* Support in planning & organizing internal & external events of the team both online and offline (engagement events, EB campaign, Career Fair, Workshop, Business Challenge, etc)

* Support administrative tasks and payment (PR/PO/GR) assigned by Line Manager.

* Support line manager in sourcing and phone screening assigned position (occasionally)
