Customer Service Executive - Travel App

✔ Respond to customer queries by phone or e-mail to support and solve complaint cases

✔ Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in

✔ Handle admin support tasks including but not limited to hotel, flight, and regular payment related issues

✔ Verify transactions with different mode of payments (such as: bank-transfer, credit cards, etc..) match payment and booking ID

✔ Interact with banks and customers to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorizations

✔ University/Colleges required

✔ Age: 20 to 30 years old

✔ Fluent in English both written and spoken (Preferably with TOEIC 500)

✔ 3 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v

✔ Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus

✔ Willing to work on weekends, national holidays

✔ Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)

✔ Able to work under pressure and in a large team

✔ Always bring a positive attitude among colleagues and towards customers

✔ Discipline, honesty, critical, and high initiative

✔ Salary: 10.000.000 – 13.000.000 gross (Basic salary + allowance + KPIs)
