    Do you have what it takes? • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors is preferred • Ability to work independently, lead yourself and initiate task on own initiative, take accountability for deliverables • At least 5 years experience in total Partnering, Employee Relation, Labor Relations • Good experience handling partnering in manufacturing, MNCs • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices, People and Development process/program in Vietnam • Fluent in English is a must. Be comfortable working in an international environment and good communication handling with worker, factory environment • Having previous experience working in factory is the must (with the same company size with LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam) *Nice to have: • Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking, problem solving skill. • Good customer-centric mindset and high sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
