The selected candidate will rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience in each specific role (each department rotation lasts for one month):
Sales
Operations
Customer Service
Warehouse
HR & GA
Finance
After the 6-month contract period ends, department heads will assess the candidate's suitability, and the candidates themselves will evaluate and select the department where they wish to work as a full-time employee.

Yêu cầu công việc

Final-year students or recent graduates with a major in Chinese Language (with an interest in developing a career in logistics); Requirement: Fluent in Chinese.
Final-year students or graduates in fields related to Economics, Logistics, or International Trade. Requirement: Fluent in English.
Able to work full-time for 6 months.

Contract Terms:
First Contract: 6-month contract (Salary: 7,000,000 VND/month)
Second Contract: Upon being selected as a full-time employee, a 1-year employment contract will be signed (Salary: 10,000,000 VND/month); includes a 2-month probation period (probation salary is 100% of the official salary).
