    Mô tả công việc

    • Working with the Management Team, the TR Staff may be assigned or required to carry out specific projects aimed at improving standards within the Crescent Mall, for example customer care, or standard of service of contractors, reviewing all centre facilities, equipment & furniture.
    • Directly liaise with the retailers within the Crescent Mall in the first instance, being their first point of contact for any issues the retailer would like to discuss, resolving or escalating as appropriate.
    • Assist in overseeing the customer service and mall commercialization aspects of Centre Management.
    • Perform “Walk around” every day to highlight any area which has an adverse effect on either the operation, or presentation of the Centre.
    • Liaising with both the Marketing Manager and Retailers and other parties regarding the booking & use of event space.
    • Review & address lease line and sight line infringements in addition to other breaches of lease by tenants where required. Ensure tenants are compliant with legal obligations, Tenant Handbook rules and regulations.
    • Working with the Operations Team, the TR Staff will be required to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of service from all contractors, including Cleaning, Maintenance, Security, M&E and Waste Disposal.
    • Assisting with rent collection and arrears control where required.
    • Assist with petty cash reconciliation where required.
    • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by TR Manager.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Tertiary qualifications with relevant experience of at least 1-3 years working in a similar position.
    • Advanced knowledge of Customer Service.
    • Demonstrate Team Leadership and Client Liaison experience.
    • Ability to recognize problems or safety hazards and act upon same immediately, troubleshooting and implementing problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to react quickly in emergencies and make decisions that may involve the safety of others or a significant amount of money.
    • Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written essential.
    • Able to work in shifts (evenings, early mornings), weekends and/or holidays.
