Be responsible for process monitoring & line troubleshooting.

Be responsible to control and improve process document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)

Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design
Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition
Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect. Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution. • IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement
Line audit, Gemba Walk.
CIP for material & routing saving
Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities

Working time: Mon to Fri

Having Shutte bus from HCMC, Binh Dương, Dong Nai

University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related
4-7 years of manufacturing experience at a FDI company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering, in electronic manufacturing is a plus
Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
Ability to work in a team environmen
Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
Strategic thinking skills
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous
Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
