  • To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement.
  • 2. To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Banyan Tree hotels and out side guests as needed.

    3. To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/fax/printing daily report/typing welcome cards/inquires, for DOSM and Events Manager.

    4. To assist Events Manager / Event Executive with Events and related activities.

    5. Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOSM/ Events Manager.

    6. To establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.

    7. To develop and maintain close working relationship with staff at all levels within Sales & Marketing Division.

    8. To conduct site inspection and handle guests’ inquires on behalf of SMs when required.

    9. To communicated on a professional level with all tour operators

    10. To design easy-to read format for various report as instructed by DOSM / Events Manager.

    11. To input all collected accounts/ agents details to Delphi

    12. To remind colleagues to conduct jobs with concern for the environment and resources by reducing use of items and recycling whenever is appropriate.

    13. Maintains comprehensive filing system.

    14. Be punctual at work.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management or relevant major
    • Proven record experience as Event Sales Manager in an international luxury hotel
    • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
    • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
    • Fluent verbal and written English skills
