1. Evaluate English proficiency levels of learners by analyzing TOEIC test and/or conducting placement test before starting a course
2. Assist the Learning Manager and propose in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Annual Training Plan (ATP) focused on English Training courses
3. Build up the program and syllabus for English training
4. Design and develop appropriate English modules/materials to cater to the specific needs of the associates
5. Evaluate English Training course effectiveness versus set metrics
6. Inform the associates of the new courses in a timely manner
7. Conduct English training sessions, including general English and job specific English to the resort's associates
8. Ensure English technical resources, training materials and supplies are available to associates, and are well prepared and handled before and after training
9. Track English training progress and follow up with Department heads to keep them on track, and ensure complete implementation of English training plan in a timely productive manner
10. Measure the effectiveness of English training by conducting end of course evaluation, observation, guest comments, learners' comments and HOD's comments
11. Assist in organizing Department's Learning activities: Annual Product Knowledge Quiz and other competitions
12. Lead English Competition activities
13. Ensure that the Product Knowledge of the Group as well as of properties is updated
14. Keep current with the new corporate and property-initiated programs
15. Translate and proofread English-written documents, handouts, leaflets, menus in the resort upon request
16. Handle other projects as assigned
