Sales Admin - Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Sales Admin - Import - Export Staff)

• Receive and process orders on the software system (generate sales orders).

• Draft and store business documents for the department (including quotations, contracts, etc.)

• Manage customer data on the system.

• Compile, track, and coordinate with Accounting to recover outstanding payments.

• Collaborate with other departments (Accounting, Warehouse, Technical) to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Consolidate data and prepare regular or ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

• Prepare and review import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations,document storage.

• Follow shipment and documentation from supplier to ensure the doc accuracy and on time delivery.Keep track order status to ensure on-time delivery .

• Deep understand about HS code.

• Store and manage import-export documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Update and maintain the documentation system accurately and comprehensively.
