Property Management Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY 1. Support the Head of QLTS Department in the development of factory standards / work processes, customer communication standards. 2. Organize fire prevention and fighting plans and plans, coordinate with tenants to establish, train and maintain grassroots fire prevention and fighting teams of factory zones. 8. Supervising, training and supporting asset management staff positions at sites. 9. In charge of maintaining the conditions for electricity distribution and retail licenses (when applicable), including organizing qualified personnel and implementing the periodical reporting regime. 10.
