    Mô tả công việc

    For Service Division (Tasks performed for clients):

    • Responsible for the service division: calculating salaries, bonuses, work efficiency, and KPIs for clients.
    • Receiving information, checking, and reconciling with clients on information regarding: timekeeping sheets, labor fluctuations, etc.
    • Drafting labor contracts according to clients' requests (based on available template contracts), advising clients on labor regulations.
    • Handling tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, personal income tax, labor reports, etc., including internal tasks and working with government authorities.
    • Handling BHYT (Health Insurance) documents: sickness, maternity, etc.

    For tasks performed for the company:

    • Participating in designing salary scales, bonus policies, and welfare benefits according to job positions and capabilities.
    • Contributing to the development of salary, bonus, and welfare policies.
    • Advising and providing recommendations to HRM on tools and solutions to retain and attract talents through salary and welfare policies.
    • Providing suggestions, drafting procedures, and regulations related to Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations.
    • Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Graduated from College or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Management, Human Resource Administration, Law, or related fields.
    • Minimum 2 year of experience in equivalent positions.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Good computer skills.
    • Good English communication skills are an advantage (not mandatory).
    • Candidates who have experience using HR and payroll software are preferred.
    • Candidates with understanding and experience in applying the 3P Salary Model are preferred.
