Mô tả công việc

• Assist in talent and capability development programs in the Supply Chain department.
• Take part in skills matrix standardization other improvement projects when required and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the organization's overall performance.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and promoting Inclusion & Diversity culture, as well as programs like Learn-Share-Reapply in Supply Chain Workplace platform.
• Communicate any changes or updates of relevant enablers (tools/ processes) to support People Business Partners and Learning & Development team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Student in 3rd year of 4th year with background in business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology, or related fields
• Understand about key HR processes.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experienced in project leading or execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
