Ecommerce Associate (Marketplace Staff) /Nhân Viên Sàn Thương Mại Điện Tử

• Store set up, store management, marketing and sales on e-commerce websites in foreign markets Etsy, Ebay or other ecommerce channels

• Optimize product listing: Image, Tags, Titles, keywords, discriptions...

• Competitor/market/demand research to formulate and implement sales/marketing strategies and action plans to increae sales on various online platforms.

• Selling, Order fullfilment, customer care, marketing, SEO on e-commerce platforms.

• Market the shop, with and without onsite ads and offsite ads

• Regular shop updates.

• Other requirements assigned by the Department Head

• Good knowledge about marketplace operation, related marketing and operational tools and software

• Graduated from College majoring in digital marketing/e-commerce/information technology or related discipline

• Experience in operating international marketplace for 1 year or more.

• Priority is given to having experience working on e-commerce platforms, retail companies in the fields of jewelry, fashion, cosmetics

• Proficient in MS Office;

• Agile, good communication,

• English: advanced (reading, writing)

• Proficient in basic Word, Excel, Powerpoint

• Know basic Photoshop and Canva

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, agile, honest

• Working hours: Monday – Friday: from 9:30 to am 6:30pm (flexible including lunch break 1 hour) Saturday: 9:30 to 14:30 (flexible)

• Work location: 209 Xa Dan, Nam Đồng, Đống Đa, Hà Nội.

• Income: up to 18 million with guarantee commission

• Sales commission on monthly base according to sales. Good chance to earn over 10m a month.
