Control issues related to customer service. Ensure the operation of customer service is smooth and synchronized with the production and business system of the company.
Responsibilities:
Receive new samples, then contact Quality and Production to make samples or conduct trial testing, and connect with Costing for pricing. Send information about products and update new products to the Planning department; send samples to customers.
Receive new orders or update existing orders, check all information such as unit price, name of products, etc. Send it to Import-Export to load Packvol and work with the Planning department to confirm the finished date of orders. Contact the Warehouse to get photos of containers and seals of the goods.
Update and follow up on the shipment documents to confirm with customers, check the payment schedule from Import-Export and Accounting departments, send email reminders to customers, and send the deadline for payment to the Director.
Follow up on customer requests and sample approvals. Coordinate with the QC department and Production department to prepare and send samples to customers and monitor the approval status. Notify relevant departments upon receiving feedback from customers.
Prepare monthly reports for customers based on their requirements.
Prepare reports for the Director regarding sales forecasts, customer forecasts, etc., using Power BI and Excel.
College degree or above
Proficient in English and computer usage
Specializing in import-export or business administration
At least one year of experience in a related position.
