    Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and Manage Pricing Strategies:

    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in pricing.
    • Establish pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Manage Booking and Transactions:

    • Oversee the booking process from receiving requests to completing transactions.
    • Monitor and ensure shipments are booked and transported on time and according to customer requirements.
    • Handle issues related to bookings and transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and Liaise with Suppliers:

    • Work closely with logistics suppliers (carriers, trucking companies, etc.) to negotiate the best prices and contract terms.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation.
  • Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on pricing and booking performance on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
    • Use data and analytics to propose improvements and optimize pricing and booking processes.
    • Report issues and trends related to pricing and booking to management.
  • Support and Develop Team:

    • Lead, train, and develop the pricing and booking team.
    • Communicate goals, strategies, and work processes to the team, ensuring understanding and proper execution.
    • Motivate and encourage the team to achieve the company’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments:

    • Coordinate with related departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Documentation etc.) to ensure smooth pricing and booking processes.
    • Ensure requests and feedback from other departments are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance and Service Quality:

    • Ensure all pricing and booking processes comply with company regulations and legal standards.
    • Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to customers meets the highest standards.
  • Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing and booking, preferably in the logistics industry.
    • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Ability to lead and develop a team.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Proficiency with tools and software supporting pricing and booking management.
