- Interact and communicate with customers through online chat
- Answering customer inquiries and needs, and addressing related questions
- Quickly and adeptly resolve a variety of issues encountered in the business handling process, based on the problems raised by customers and the challenges they face
- Actively promote company products and special offers to customers
- Work collaboratively with the operations department to ensure seamless service delivery
- Computer operation skills
- Fluent in Chinese with strong language organization ability and clear logic ((writing, listening, speak and typing above 40 per minute).
- Exceptional communication skills, clear thinking, responsibility, patient, and a positive attitude.
- Proactive, optimistic, passionate about customer service, and capable of working under pressure
- Professional work attitude, excellent service orientation, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Previous experience in tele sales or a similar field is preferred.
- College degree.
- Flight Ticket provided, work in Pasay Philippines
- 2 Years Working Visa 9G Permit
- Provide meals, accommodation and transport, includes allowance
- 2-4 person per hostel, with air-cond, washing machine, fridge etc included
- 15 days Annual Leaves
