Mô tả công việc:
- Learn, capture customer needs, and successfully consult Careplus products and services through reception channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo….
- Handling customer complaints related to Careplus products and services
- Caring, supporting customers & contributing to improving service quality at the Clinic
- Mastering the operation process, understanding Careplus products and services
- Understand the marketing programs, examination packages, and affiliate programs with banks, and insurance companies...
- Learn, consult, capture & book appointments for Customers including Corporate & Retail customers
- Coordinate with FO in taking care, answering questions, supporting and improving customer satisfaction.
- Perform some other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- College Degree or above.
- Experience in the Medical or HealthCare Industry is ideal.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Good communication in English (MUST)
- Have knowledge in Sales skills.
