RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
Collecting invoices, process payment under FPT’s financial regulation and ensure petty cash monthly report by each month.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and events.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Admin tasks on procedures, visas, documents, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by HRM

REQUIREMENTS

Over 3 years of related work experience.
Good administrative, organization and presentation skills.
Good communication in English.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Diligent at work, patient, detailed- oriented and good-tempered characteristics.
