Ensure a personal service is offered to all wholesale, B2C and Tour Operator partners in order to meet and exceed their expectations. Ensure that the sales process is accurately adhered to (per Sub Departmental SOPs), sales opportunities are maximized with follow up and to resolve any problems to meet and exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets. Work as part of a small dedicated team.
Understand the partner's requests and present options (prepare quotation, tour proposals) to meet their needs.
Identify and take action to up-sell and promote all INDOTREK destinations, Experiences and SIC tour products.
Take ownership of and monitor individual sales process and follow up with partners to increase booking conversion.
Respond to partner or Tour Operator requests for up to 70% of each day.
Work with our supplier network to coordinate bookings
Send final confirmation and any travel documents or vouchers to agents.
Work with the product team & marketing team to develop new products that meet the needs of the market.
Negotiate fees and changes with agents (where necessary) to gain agreement.
Report any errors regarding information on Tour Plan to Systems Support and Data Entry teams.
Prepare invoices and work with accounting in order to send invoices before deadline per month.
Manage allocated accounts where assigned.
Work with Indotrek Brand Manager, operations or reservations to help solve problems for clients on the ground when required.
Work with Contracting teams to obtain special series rates for Groups where required

Knowledge of Adventure travel is preferred
Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred
Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales or Sales of Services or 2 years' experience as a Tour Operator within the region
Excellent written and spoken English
Thorough understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Flexibility to work overtime
Ability to work under own initiative
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
