    As a Technical Presales Manager in Digital Identity & Payment Authentication, you will lead the presale team, work with sales teams that sell tech products to consumers.
    Technical Presales play a critical role in the sales process, bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. This role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, and demonstrating how products or services can meet those needs. you collaborate closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.
    Responsibilities
    - Technical: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
    - Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to assess their technical requirements and business challenges.
    - Solution Presentations: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company's offerings.
    - Customization: Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
    - Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concerns about product functionality and compatibility.
    - Product Knowledge Transfer: Work with the product team. Then train sales teams on the technical aspects of products or services, enabling them to effectively communicate

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g: Computer Science, Engineering) is often preferred.
    - 3+ years of experience in Presale Manager along with 5+ years of Tech sales, customer success, or a similar role experience, preferably in the Fintech industry.
    - Understanding about Banking language and flows.
    - Proven experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, architecture solution, technical support.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
    - Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
    - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    - Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
    - Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products, especially payment/ credit transfer solutions.
    Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning topics
    Experience in managing KYC process or Fraud Risk management for customer onboarding
