    * Summary:
    Technically specify all Floorings (FL) products into potential projects;
    Support to Clients and Internal Sales team on Business Development;
    Understand products' expertise technically and deep down in application process;
    Use Odoo smoothly to manage the Sales Opportunities in Construction field as well as Client database;
    Expanding market share, increasing sales volume by servicing existing customers and seeking more potential customers.
    Coordinate with cross-functional divisions to ensure delivery products technically smoothly & on schedule.
    This includes monitoring, reporting about suppliers, customers, competitors, market activities as well as managing sales enquiries, sales quotation and receivables.
    * Sector: All sectors (Education, Healthcare, Residential, Recreation/ Sport, Hospitality, Industrial, Office/ Complex)
    * Products: Flooring and Equipments
    * Performance objectives:
    Meetings to new clients/ existing Architecture team to propose/ present/ specify products to new opportunities
    Drawing and using CAD to illustrate the technical proposal of products to the Client
    Complete monthly project report to Product Manager
    Manage customers & partners relationship
    Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivables independently or under guideline from Division Manager.
    Master product knowledge ad technical knowhow, installation method and enable deliver to new team members / clients smoothly.
    Support DM in certain key projects

    ***Requirements:
    1. Education
    University graduation
    Architecture /Construction Engineering
    Business Administration / English
    2. Skills/ Competencies
    Minimum one-year related experience in architect, construction, interior furnishing
    Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
    MS Office skill, esp. CAD, PPT, Excel, Word
    3. Personalities
    Proactive, dedicated, smart
    Business mindset, passion for sales, hungry to sales
    Self- directed, good problem solving, fast learning, hard-working and patient
    4. Others
    Understand technical and like to work in Construction field
    Like networking, outgoing and hungry to earn money and like to learn new things
    Good time management, keen on follow up, deadline achievement
    Can work either independently or teamwork
    Like travelling, make friends
